Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original crate or packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the RMA number clearly to the outside of the package and ship the unit via a trackable carrier to our designated warehouse address.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the equipment for condition and completeness, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
